Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Due to Direct Access legislation in NJ, you do not need to have a doctor's referral to begin PT. It is, however, always encouraged to reach out to your doctor regarding any concerns you have for you or your child. If you plan to submit therapy costs to your insurance for reimbursement, please contact your insurance beforehand and ask if a referral is needed in order to be reimbursed for out of network providers.

I offer my services both in the comfort of your own home and in my office space located at 530 Main St. Suite 4 B Chester, NJ 07930.

For those who are located a bit further away, I encourage you to visit my office in Chester, which can offer a more consistent and convenient experience.

If you choose to book an appointment in home, you will receive an email, call or text from me to confirm your location and appointment time. Since my caseload can shift locations I will have to first make sure that your home is within reasonable distance at the appointment time you have picked before we can confirm the appointment. Once that is done we are all set to begin!

What types of health insurance do you accept?

I do not participate in any health insurance plans. However, I can provide you with a superbill that would include the billing codes and other pertinent information should you want to use this to get reimbursed for out of network benefits through your insurance. It is a good idea to get familiar with what out of network benefits you have so that you are best prepared to start on your healing journey.

What is the cost?

Each 60 minute session is $210.00. I also offer a 6-session prepaid package for $1160.00 ($100 savings!).

For in home sessions further than 35 minutes away there will be an additional $45 travel fee.
